PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

PLANNING PERMISSION FOR A NEW TERRACE AT SIXTH FLOOR
LEVEL AT THE JUNCTION OF THE BIRDCAGE WALK AND
PARLIAMENT SQUARE CONSERVATION AREAS IN WESTMINSTER.

THE COMPLETED TERRACE INCORPORATES METAL

BALUSTRADING DESIGNED AS MODERN INTERPRETATION OF

TRADITIONAL RAILINGS TO SATISFY THE PLANNING AUTHORITY

THE TERRACE IS DECKED IN SYNTHETIC TIMBER BOARDING

ON A TIMBER AND STEEL STRUCTURE DESIGNED TO TRANSFER
LOAD TO THE EXISTING BUILDING STRUCTURE BELOW.

EXTERNAL RECESSED LINEAR LIGHTING IS PROVIDED TO THE

PERIMETER OF THE FLOOR DECKING.

THE TERRACE AFFORDS VIEWS TO THE TWIN TOWERS OF 

WESTMINSTER ABBEY IN NEARBY PARLIAMENT SQUARE.
