THE WORKS INVOLVED THE COMPLETE STRIP OUT OF ALL FINISHES 

AND BUILDING SERVICES, RECONSTRUCTION OF A SMALL EXTENSION TO THE REAR LIGHTWELL TO PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR THE MAIN CONDENSER ENCLOSURE, AND FULL REFURBISHMENT OF THE BUILDING INTERIOR.
