A DIFFICULT PROJECT CARRIED OUT UNDER TWO CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACTS AS THE FIRST CONTRACTOR CEASED TRADING WITH
ABOUT A THIRD OF THE WORKS STILL TO BE COMPLETED ON SITE.
THIS GRADE II LISTED PROPERTY HAD BEEN VACANT FOR 15 YEARS
BEFORE REFURBISHMENT WORKS COMMENCED IN 2015 AND WAS IN A PARLOUS CONDITION WITH MULTIPLE DRY ROT FRUITING BODIES IN THE STAIR CORE AND ADJOINING ROOMS WHERE WATER
PENETRATION HAD BEEN ONGOING FOR YEARS.
