PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

PLANNING PERMISSION TO CONVERT THE GROUND FLOOR GARAGE
TO OFFICE SPACE, REMODEL THE GROUND FLOOR FAÇADE,
AND INSTALL SIX CONDENSER UNITS IN AN ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

AT ROOF LEVEL IN THE MAYFAIR CONSERVATION AREA
THE WORKS COMPRISED THE COMPLETE GUTTING AND 

REFURBISHMENT OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING INCLUDING 

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE THIRD FLOOR MANSARD, AND 

INSTALLATION OF SLIDING-FOLDING DOORS, BALUSTRADING,

AND LIGHTING TO THE FRONT TERRACE.

THE TOILET CORE WAS REPOSITIONED AGAINST THE PARTY WALL

TO OPEN UP THE OFFICE SPACE, AND A DRAINED CAVITY TANKING
SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN THE BASEMENT.

A NEW ENTRANCE HALL WAS CREATED WITH WALNUT PANELLING

AND FEATURE LINEAR LIGHTING.

THE ORIGINAL STAIRCASE WAS RADICALLY ALTERED WITH A NEW
BALUSTRADE, AND THE TREADS AND RISERS OVERCLAD IN SOLID
WALNUT.
