COMMISSIONED TO UNDERTAKE A SERIES OF FEASIBILITY
OPTIONS FOR REDEVELOPMENT AND CONVERSION
OF THIS EXISTING MIXED USE C19TH BUILDING IN
BERMONDSEY FOR BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND OFFICE USES.
IN 2018 WE PREPARED TWO PLAN LAYOUT OPTIONS FOR
CONVERSION OF THE EXISTING SHELL OC1 AND OC2
SHOWN ON THE PLANS ILLUSTRATED.
THESE PROPOSED A FULL GUT OF THE EXISTING CELLULAR
FLOOR-PLATES TO ACHIEVE NEW MODERN OPEN PLAN OFFICES
WITH THE STAIR, TOILET AND SERVICE CORE RATIONALISED
AGAINST THE PARTY WALL.
